Most versatile snare ever!
I bought this snare over a year ago and love how good it looks, sounds and tunes. It is a heavy drum, but will give you tone a versatility unmatched by any other snare. I believe in this snare and every product dialtune makes. 5 stars!

I recently took possession of my new dialtune set
I recently took possession of my new dialtune set in matte white. The tone is amazing, and the ability to independently tune each heat with a dial makes it the easiest set ever to play. I keep going back each day and play them a lot because they sound that good. The construction and look of the set is sturdy and impressive. I'm very happy with this set. It was worth waiting for. Highly recommended. 5 stars!

A True Game Changer for Drummers
This is an excellent snare drum — I’m absolutely in love with its sound and craftsmanship. For those who use tools like Tune-Bot, the highest frequency I was able to achieve with the stock heads on the resonant side was 375 Hz, which is more than enough for many tuning styles. I hope this information is helpful to others.
A few things I’ve noticed while using it: when loosening the dial for head changes, it’s very important to return the hoop to the exact same position it was originally in. This helps ensure everything lines up properly when reassembling the drum. Also, when detuning for head replacement, make sure the cable remains correctly seated inside the pulley system, as this can affect tuning consistency later on.

Best Drums I’ve Ever Played
I’m delighted with the drum set — it’s definitely a game changer. The ability to change tunings or even make tuning corrections during live sessions is a feature that’s greatly appreciated. The fact that each drumhead can be tuned independently also makes this kit a true gem, since it allows for a very wide tuning range and countless combinations, in a way similar to traditional tuning systems. This also lets you continue using tools like the Tune-Bot to standardize and replicate your tuning setups.
I’m really looking forward to the introduction of more wood types, and even hybrid shell options would be incredible. This has definitely been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

The Dialtune snare drum is the best snare that I own! ( And I have quite a few). The tuning versatility is by far the easiest way to get the perfect sound that you want. Even if you need to make adjustments during a song. I would recommend this snare to anyone looking to buy a new drum. Can't wait to get my hands on the drum set!!
