Exciting drums
I’m coming up on 40 years of professional drumming later this year and I don’t recall anything as exciting as Dialtune drums. I’ve had a snare drum for a while now and I play it on over 200 shows a year. Having the ability to quickly change tuning between songs is amazing. It’s almost like changing a patch on keyboards or a pedalboard. I tune down for a ballad and crank it up for some extra crack. I like the snares so much I had to have the full kit when it became available. I still love my Slingerland and Ludwig kits and Pearl supplies 2 kits on my regular gig but my Dialtunes are now in my recording studio. I haven’t purchased a new kit in 29 years if that tells you anything. I hope you enjoy discovering Dialtune as much as I am.

Super Cool Drum Kit!
Hello Folks!
My name is Johnny and when I first heard about dialtune I immediately loved the idea of independent dial tuning for both the reso and batter side heads so I jumped on the opportunity to get in on the Launch Edition 5piece kit in matte white. Kit #94 arrived early May and wow! Once setup.. It only took me about 30 minutes to have this kit dialed in to sound like me. I did change out the supplied 10” batter head for a thinner Clear Ambassador to open it up and I took the foam off the batter emad and went with a DW bass drum pillow to brighten up the attack on the kick and that’s it! I really think the dialtune revolution is going to be an amazing asset for students and drummers who have trouble understanding drum tuning. As well, several of my music teacher friends love the idea as most of them aren’t drummers. Another trick I discovered and shared with our awesome creator Mr. Bedson is tuning the top and bottom heads for these drums by plucking the strings. This works!! Want to dial the same tension on the top and bottom heads.. pluck the top string against the bottom string and get them to sound the same.. your dead neutral. Want to pitch bend the drums.. pluck the bottom string against tad higher than the top head etc… this is just another way to work the dialtune system. I’m sure many of you have experienced some milestones with your dialtune drums. It’d be great to hear your stories. I feel so incredibly happy with my experience with the my dialtune experience! The customer service is fantastic and I look forward to putting these to work. And yea, the drums are well put together, and tuned up so easily. Amazing has to be an understatement, and they're beautiful. So glad to have the matte white 4 piece kit.

Dialtune has a huge winner! Already my favorite drum set!
After playing my dialtune set on several gigs, I have to admit that they are already my favorite drum set. I have always been a tuning "freak", making sure all drums are perfectly tuned for each performance. The ability to instantly tune each top and bottom head, while the lug tensions are always equal is amazing! The drums sound fantastic, with full, resonant tone and the ease of changing the resonance with a turn of a knob. The build quality and beautiful finish and hardware rival my other custom and vintage drum sets. Dialtune support has been exceptional, with quick responses and follow-up. Thanks for your innovation and efforts to deliver a superior instrument!

Best kit I've ever played.
I've never heard a kit sound this good out of the box before. Huge premium feel to it, not as heavy as you think either. Extremely relieved to get something this awesome after selling my DW design series to make room for it.
