THE RESULT OF
A DECADE OF OBSESSING OVER EVERY DETAIL
We changed the industry with the launch of our Dialtune snare. Here we go again.
We are launching pre-orders for our kit to help fund the first batch we're bringing to market. Each kit will be individually numbered, and come with a host of goodies that ONLY pre-order customers will receive.
Are you ready to make history?

For drummers by drummers
Developed alongside artists playing for some of the biggest names in the industry, every detail has been considered to ensure Dialtune holds up on the biggest stages to the most coveted studios.
No Detail Overlooked
In developing our kit, we spent countless hours obsessing over every detail to ensure the magic that makes our snares special translates to every individual drum across the entire set.

Independent Tuning
Tuning made easy. Using separate dials, tune the top head and the bottom head while you play to hear INSTANT feedback, helping you find the exact sound you're looking for, faster.

Change Heads
We brought our patented quick-release hoops to the toms on our kit. And for the bass drum, we created an all new Fast-Lug system that helps retain some of the familiarity of bass drums while allowing drummers to easily detune, pull out the cable, swap heads, re-loop cable, and retune.

Redesigned Lugs
As we developed our full kit, we had to completely redesign our lugs. Deeper shells required us to split the lugs on our snare. This critical design adaptation was the first step in helping us move beyond snare drums.

Bass Evolution
Designing a bass drum that felt like Dialtune was a journey. We needed the experience of tuning the bass drum to feel simple and intuitive. It also has to stand up to abuse. When we engineer a drum, the design needs to be robust and ready to handle whatever a drummer throws at it.

Floor Tom
As we experimented with different diameter shells, we needed our cable tuning system to easily adapt and minimize friction on the cable as much as possible. This meant critical decisions around balancing the amount of hardware while not adding too much weight to the drum. With our floor tom, we're THRILLED to share that we were able to build a great system and it weighs roughly the same as any traditional floor tom.

In Reach
A fun design challenge was placing the dials all within reach of the drummer sitting behind the kit. You shouldn't have to get up and move around just to tune a drum. This is important because we want the drummer to hear that instantaneous feedback from playing and tuning at the same time. Explore!! Play with the relationship between the top and bottom heads, you'll be surprised with what you find!
Tune while you play
Dialtune is the first and only drum set to allow you to independently tune the top and bottom drumheads while you play. This means, you can tune faster and find the exact sound you're looking for by experimenting with the relationship between the top and bottom heads, all without having to move the drum.
Endless Possibilities
Tuned up high for boppy jazz or low for an iconic worship sound, Dialtune gives you creative freedom and control to dynamically tune your drums to the music you're playing. Whether you’re looking for a great sound all the time, or you need a kit that can be as dynamic as your playing style, Dialtune makes the kit for you.

FAQs
Please read our FAQs page to find out more.
Does the entire kit have the ability to tune the top and bottom heads independently?
Yes, the same independent control drummers love on our snares is available on each drum in our Dialtune kit. You can control the tuning of the top and bottom heads independently using separate dials on either side of the drum.
How do I change the cable on a Dialtune tom or bass drum?
Changing a cable on a Dialtune rack tom, floor tom, or bass drum is a simple process and should be part of the regular maintenance you perform on your Dialtune drum set. We use a high-tech synthetic fiber cable rated at over 500-lbs. Each length comes pre-stretched and carries zero memory, meaning it can be coiled and uncoiled easily without retaining any shape or structure. The cable is designed for smart failure, where it frays rather than snaps to prevent any damage to you or your drum. Most often, cable wears fastest near the dial as it is wound upon itself when tuning the drum up and down. If you tune your drum to a setting and leave it, the cable should hold for months if not years without needing to be replaced. The more you tune, the more frequently you'll want to check - and if need be - change your cable.
We've put together a video to walk you step by step through the process of changing a cable for either the top or bottom drum heads.

How much does each drum weigh?? And how does it compare?
The weight of each individual tom and bass drum is comparable to premium drum kits from major manufacturers. The approximate weight of each drum is as follows:
- 8x10" 10lbs
- 9x12" 12lbs
- 14x16" 18lbs
- 16x22" 22lbs
How does the Dialtune drum kit perform in different environments?
From small cramped rooms to the largest arenas, Dialtune drums have been engineered to sound great no matter the environment. That is because our cable tuning system helps to provide a clear and consistent tone for each drumhead throughout the tunable range of the drum, even through temperature and humidity changes.
The cable system pulls each lug point at a consistent tension. And your ability to dynamically hear changes as you tune help you match your tuning to the room faster and easier than every before.
Can I put Dialtune's cable system on my current drum kit?
Not yet. Because of the wide variety of manufacturers on the market, each drum has a unique lug pattern that makes it difficult to apply Dialtune's cable tuning system. To ensure the technology works, we make Dialtune as a complete drum so we can have more control over the quality! We hope to tackle an aftermarket version in the future.
This is a pre-order, when can I expect my drum set?

Is my pre-order refundable?
